Founded DSI in 1981. David has a BA in Accounting from Hofstra University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of numerous professional organizations. Prior to DSI, Mr. Lerner was employed as a specialist in property tax matters by a consulting firm and was a senior tax accountant for a national accounting firm.

Caesar has a BA in Accounting from the University of the Pacific and is an Enrolled Agent. Prior to joining DSI, Caesar was employed with Monterey and Stanislaus County. Caesar has over 29 years of experience in the property tax field.

Liz has a BA from San Jose State University and completed extensive real estate course work at UCLA. Liz is a Certified General Appraiser and is a member of numerous professional organizations. Prior to joining DSI, Liz served as Supervising Appraiser in Santa Clara County Assessor’s Office.

Sima has a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University and is a Licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant -Texas. Sima has over 25 years of property tax consulting experience specializing in compliance and audits. Sima is responsible for complex Out of State property tax issues.
